Wind Turbine Generator System (WTGS) Platform
This WTGS adopts the world’s l🌄eading semi-direct drive compact transmission technology and is customized according to the characteristics of wind resources and marine environment in China. This WTGS has the advantages of high power generation efficiency, high reliability, excellent corrosion resista♋nce and heat dissipation performance, excellent anti-typhoon performance and low operation and maintenance cost.
ꦦOffshore large impeller diameter and anti-typhoon design achieve great generating capacity. Customized bl🌄ade design contributes to high aerodynamic performance and high wind energy conversion efficiency. This WTGS features wide range of speed regulation, high transmission efficiency and superior performance at low wind speed. The medium-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator is efficient and reliable. By dint of full power converter, it has superior grid-connection performance.
Owing to the medium-speed semi-direct dr🃏ive ultra-compact transmission chain, this WTGS ha🐓s short load transfer path and the complete machine carries small load of parts. The stand-alone parallel design of the converter realizes easy maintenance and independent operation. The medium-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator has low rated speed, simple structure and small volume. Electrical equipment is installed in the tower, resulting in small vibration and easy maintenance.
Advanced Anti-typhoon Control Technology
Mature and reliable ultra-compact structure design can effectively reduce the load and the effect is more obvious in typhoon condition. This platform is based on Model-Based Control (MBC) strategy, windstorm soft cutting-out controꦉl strategy and anti-gust control🌊 technology. In the typhoon operation mode, the active yawing system works and wind turbine tracks prevailing wind direction and changes with the wind direction so that the complete machine bears the minimum load. The big data platform tracks the measured typhoon data so as to develop advanced anti-typhoon response strategy.
The overall structure of this WTGS is 🌠of ultra-compact design. Small size and light weight 🀅facilitate transportation and hoisting.
